Payment
Payments made through Paypal will be processed within 3-5 days of receipt or payment subject to availability. Payments made through Stripe will be processed with 7-10 days of receipt of payment subject to availability.

Yes that is us buy here and receive commission free pricing. On most items Amazon charges us 10-20% commission we have to pass that on to you the customer buy here and save.

Where do you ship.
We ship to the U.S. mainland and all 10 Canadian provinces we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, UK or Australia. Please note orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse to Canada may require additional customs charges and duties which is solely the responsibility of the buyer. We are closed from 4-11 of Feb. all orders placed in that period will be shipped on the 12th and 13th.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order.
Yes our system will send you a confirmation of your order within 24 hours of ordering, if you do not receive it please look in your spam file. If you still don't see it please email us and we will resend it.

Return and cancellation policy
We will repair or replace defective refurbished product at our discretion. New products covered by the manufacturer's warranty and must be sent to them for repair under the terms of their warranty. There is no refunds on any item that has been opened. Unused, unopened products returned to us for a refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. It is the buyer responsibility to pay for all shipping and related charges for returned product. Items involving food products may be returned to us for repair only. You may cancel an order prior to us shipping it once an order has been shipped it is the buyer's responsibility to return it at their cost a 20% re-stocking charge will apply.

How do you ship?
Items are shipped using UPS and maybe tracked on their site www.ups.com. Items under 2 pounds or small items maybe shipped via the mail.

Are your Breville product the same as the U.S.
Yes exactly the same the only difference is the price. You can buy on Amazon for much more (their commission rate is very high) of buy it here and save money either way you get the same product.

What if something is out of stock.
Occassionally some "out of stock" item might still show on the site. If you order an item that is not available for immediate shipment we will contact you and at that time you elect to wait until it's in stock or will refund your payment. Payments for "out of stock" items are held in "trust" and never used for other purposes and always available for immediate refund.

Items shipped from our U.S. warehouses typically take 5-7 days, items shipped from our Canadian warehouse may take 10-14 days. All Breville products are shipped from our Canadian warehouse.

All items shipped from our U.S. warehouse to Canada will require you to pay the appropriate taxes and custom clearing charges (if any) directly the courier. Every effort will be used to the use the mail but some items will require the use of a courier. Items shipped from our Canadian warehouse to the U.S. does not require the payment of any taxes

Why do you need my telephone number?
Our courier service requires a telephone number without a telephone number we cannot ship your order. We will contact you for your telephone number if it us not included after 7 days we will cancel your order and return your payment if no telephone number is provided. Please note we will never call you or give your number to anyone ever this is a courier service requirement.
